Fertility Clinics Directory
Compare the best fertility clinics across Vietnam for IVF, egg donation, sperm donation, and surrogacy services. Ranked by donor programs, services, and patient reviews.
Vietnam has become one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing fertility tourism destinations, offering world-class IVF care at a fraction of Western prices. A full IVF cycle typically costs $2,000–$4,500 USD — among the lowest in the region — compared to $15,000–$25,000 in the United States. This dramatic cost advantage, combined with rapidly improving clinical infrastructure, is drawing an increasing number of international patients from Australia, the US, and Europe. Both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi have invested heavily in reproductive medicine, with several hospitals now operating dedicated IVF centers equipped with modern embryology labs and time-lapse imaging systems.
Vietnam's legal framework permits IVF for married opposite-sex couples and single women. Egg and sperm donation is legal on an altruistic basis, though in practice donors are compensated for time and inconvenience. Surrogacy is legal for married couples who have a medical need and cannot carry a pregnancy themselves, but the surrogate must be an altruistic relative — commercial surrogacy is prohibited. Same-sex couples cannot legally access assisted reproduction in Vietnam. Egg donors must be aged 18–35 and sperm donors 18–45. The Ministry of Health oversees fertility clinics, and leading centers in both major cities hold international accreditations and regularly publish success-rate data.
