Fertility Clinics Directory
Compare the best fertility clinics across Brazil for IVF, egg freezing, sperm freezing, and donation services. Ranked by donor programs, services, and patient reviews.
Brazil is the largest and most advanced fertility market in Latin America, with over 192 licensed assisted reproduction clinics and a market valued at approximately USD 709 million. The Southeast region (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) commands roughly 55% of all IVF activity. Costs are dramatically lower than in the US: a full IVF cycle typically runs $3,500–$6,500 USD, donor egg IVF $4,500–$7,000 USD, egg freezing $2,500–$3,500 USD, and sperm freezing $200–$500 USD — all with world-class embryology labs and internationally trained physicians.
All assisted reproduction in Brazil is governed by the CFM (Conselho Federal de Medicina) Resolution 2294/21. Key rules: gamete donation must be anonymous and strictly altruistic (no compensation); egg donors must be under 37; sperm donors under 45; no more than 8 embryos per cycle; and a single donor may not father more than 1 child per 1 million inhabitants in a geographic region. Single individuals and same-sex couples have full legal access to all ART services.
